We just want you to know that all our new COVID-19 procedures are in line with government guidelines and recommendations and are there for your safety, which is our number one priority. We know this may seem a bit daunting, but remember if you have any questions or concerns just pick up the phone, we are here to listen. Taking care of people is what we are here to do.
- All new clients will need to complete our standard consultation form alongside a COVID-19 specific questionnaire before coming for a treatment.
- Once these have been reviewed we will arrange your pre-treatment consultation.
All pre-treatment consultations will take place virtually, we can do this on WhatsApp, FaceTime, or telephone, rather than in the treatment room. So as to maximise the effective use of our 45 minutes of face-to-face treatment time.
Social distancing will be maintained as much as possible on arrival, preparing for the treatment and on departure
You will need to wear a face mask the entire time you are here (if you do not have one you will be provided with one for £1). We will be wearing face masks and face shields.
Hand sanitiser will be provided for you to use on entry and exit
Apologies but the current advice, for therapists working from home, is that bathroom facilities should remain closed
A storage box will be provided for your clothes and belongings, and you will be asked to remove your shoes at the door. Please bring as little with you as possible
Natural ventilation is really important in keeping the air in the treatment room clean and fresh. If you are happy for us to do so we will leave the windows a jar during your treatment. Rest assured the room will be thoroughly aired in between clients
We are limiting any work on the head or face. Work on the neck will primarily be undertaken when you are lying on your front
Rest assured that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene will be maintained at all times and that a risk assessment has been performed in line with government guidelines
Be aware that if necessary any/all of your data will be shared with NHS Track and Trace
We are sorry but we are unable to offer treatments to clients classed as clinically vulnerable or extremely vulnerable at this time.
If you think you may fall into one of these categories or if you are purchasing a Gift Voucher for someone else please give us a call and we will be happy to go through the list in detail with you.
We have had lots of appreciative comments and everyone has been happy with the necessary changes and we hope you will be too.
