We have now moved onto step 4 of the Government's COVID-19 Roadmap. We have revised our COVID-19 risk assessment and protocols.
Although many restrictions are being lifted. The Government has said it is absolutely vital we proceed with caution. It expects and recommends that people continue to wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces. Your health is our top priority and we are sure the majority of our clients will be happy to continue to keep everyone safe and comfortable and abide by our guidance and hygiene protocols.
If you have any questions or concerns just pick up the phone, we are here to listen. Taking care of people is what we are here to do.
- All new clients will need to complete our standard consultation and consent form which includes a COVID-19 section before coming for a treatment.
- Once this has been reviewed we will call you to discuss your treatment. We want to make sure that we get it exactly right for you. Once you are happy we will confirm your appointment.
You will be sent a text on the day before your appointment to screen for the main symptoms of COVID-19. It is really important that you respond as if we do not receive an answer we will sadly have to reschedule your appointment.
Social distancing will be maintained as much as possible on arrival, preparing for the treatment and on departure
You will need to wear a face mask the entire time you are here unless you are exempt (if you do not have one you will be provided with one). We will be wearing Type II face masks.
Hand sanitiser will be provided for you to use on entry and exit
A storage box will be provided for your clothes and belongings, and you will be asked to remove your shoes at the door. Please bring as little with you as possible
Natural ventilation is really important in keeping the air in the treatment room clean and fresh. So we will leave the windows a jar during your treatment. Rest assured the room will be thoroughly aired in between clients
We are limiting any work on the head or face. Work on the neck will primarily be undertaken when you are lying on your front
Rest assured that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene will be maintained at all times and that a risk assessment has been performed in line with government guidelines
Be aware that if necessary any/all of your data will be shared with NHS Track and Trace
We are sorry but we are unable to offer treatments to clients classed as clinically extremely vulnerable at this time.
If you think you may fall into one of these categories or if you are purchasing a Gift Voucher for someone else please give us a call and we will be happy to go through the list in detail with you.
We have had lots of appreciative comments and everyone has been happy with the necessary changes and we hope you will be too.
